Terms for pdfpix in ChatGPT
The pdfpix app in ChatGPT is free and needs no account. Each user can run 20 tool calls a minute. Results download through a link that works for 15 minutes. Every output is verified before you get it, but you are responsible for deciding that it fits your purpose. Use it only on files you have the right to process.
What you get
Wraxle LLC runs pdfpix and this app; "we" on this page means Wraxle LLC. The app gives ChatGPT access to the pdfpix tools: compress, merge, split, convert, redact, sign, check and the rest. It is free. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to buy inside ChatGPT. Each ChatGPT user can run 20 tool calls a minute; a call over that limit gets a message asking you to wait.
Your files
You keep every right to the files you give the app, and to what it produces from them. We process a file only to run the tool you asked for, as the privacy page for the app describes. Use the app only on files you have the right to process, and not to break the law or anyone else's rights.
Results and links
A download link works for 15 minutes. After that the file is gone, and you run the tool again to get a new one. Anyone who has a live link can use it, so keep it to yourself.
Every tool verifies its own output before it answers, and the reply says what it verified. That verification catches many faults but cannot promise that a result fits your purpose. Read a redacted, signed or converted file before you rely on it or send it on.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using it, from a result that is wrong, or from the app being unavailable.
Changes
We can change, limit or stop the app, and change these terms, at any time. The current terms are always on this page. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go through support.
